12.1Understanding Your Plan Limits

How Messaging Credits Work
When you start sending review requests, you'll utilize our messaging channels such as email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Depending on the plan you choose, you'll have specific monthly limits for each channel.

Checking Your Limits
In the Settings under Limits, you can keep an eye on the credits available for each channel. This transparency helps you understand exactly what resources you have available.

Tracking Current Usage
You can also track your current monthly usage in real-time. For example, you might see that 68 SMS remain, meaning you've used 32% of the allocated SMS credits. This visibility helps you pace your campaigns appropriately.

Monthly Reset
These limits refresh every month at your billing date. At the end of each billing cycle, your credits reset to the full amount included in your plan. You start fresh with your full allocation.

12.2Viewing Available Plans

Exploring Plan Options
In the Billing section, you can view the current plan you're subscribed to along with other plans that we offer. This helps you understand what features and limits come with each pricing tier.

Finding the Right Fit
Different businesses have different needs. A single-location small business might be perfectly served by a starter plan, while a multi-location enterprise might need our highest tier with maximum limits and locations.

12.3Managing Your Subscription

Accessing the Billing Portal
When you enter the billing portal, you'll find the current status of your subscription. This is your central hub for all billing-related actions and information.

Payment Method Management
You'll see your attached payment method displayed. You can update your payment information if your card has expired or if you want to use a different payment method.

Invoice History
There's access to download past invoices for all processed payments. This is helpful for accounting purposes, expense reports, or simply keeping records of your business expenses.

Viewing Transaction History
You can see a complete history of charges, successful payments, and any billing issues that may have occurred. This transparency helps you track your spending over time.

12.4Updating Your Subscription

The Update Button
There's a button available to update your subscription. This is where you make changes to your plan or the quantity of locations.

Adjusting Location Quantity
You can also adjust the quantity of locations. For example, if you're currently on the gold plan with two locations enabled, you might want to increase this number from two to three.

Seeing the Cost Change
When you increase the quantity, you'll see the adjusted monthly payment displayed immediately. The system shows you exactly what your new cost will be before you commit to the change.

Immediate Effect
The changes take effect immediately. If you've added a location slot, you can go straight to the settings and add that new location right away.

12.5Canceling Your Subscription

Self-Service Cancellation
In the Billing section, you'll also find the Cancel Subscription button. This gives you complete control over your subscription without needing to contact support.

Easy Cancellation Process
This button lets you cancel your subscription with us directly. You don't need to email support, open a ticket, or speak with anyone. It's a straightforward, transparent process.

No Hidden Barriers
We believe in making it as easy to leave as it is to join. There are no hidden barriers or difficult cancellation processes. If the platform isn't right for you at this time, cancellation is just a click away.

What Happens After Cancellation
After canceling, your account typically remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, but you can continue using the features you've already paid for until that period ends.
