Collect and manage video testimonials from satisfied customers.

14.1Enabling Video Testimonials

Where to Find the Setting
To enable video testimonials for your review link, navigate to Settings, then Review Link, followed by Sites. This is where you control what options appear on your customer's review experience.

Activating the Feature
Activate the Video Testimonials option and save your changes. This simple toggle unlocks a powerful way to collect authentic video content from your happiest customers.

What Happens After Enabling
Once enabled, satisfied clients who have a positive experience will see a button for video testimonials on their review link. This button only appears after they've indicated they had a good experience, ensuring you're asking the right customers at the right moment.

14.2How Customers Record Testimonials

The Video Testimonial Button
By clicking the video testimonial button, customers will be directed to a page where they can record or upload a video testimonial. The process is designed to be simple and intuitive, even for people who aren't tech-savvy.

Recording Directly
When clients choose to record a testimonial, their camera will activate on their device, allowing them to record and send a video to you directly. They can use their phone, tablet, or computer — whatever device they're using to access the review link.

Uploading a Pre-Recorded Video
Alternatively, they have the option to upload a pre-recorded video from their gallery. This is great for customers who want to take their time crafting the perfect testimonial, or who already have a video they'd like to share.

Required Information
They just need to add their name, email, and consent before sending the video to you. This ensures you have proper permission to use their testimonial and a way to follow up with them if needed.

14.3Managing Video Testimonials

Finding Submitted Testimonials
Once a video testimonial is submitted, you'll find it in the Reviews section. Video testimonials are displayed alongside your other reviews, making it easy to manage all your customer feedback in one place.

Replying to Customers
You'll have the opportunity to reply to the customer via email. A simple thank you can go a long way in building customer loyalty and encouraging them to recommend your business to others.

Why Video Testimonials Matter
Video testimonials are incredibly powerful for building trust. Potential customers can see and hear real people sharing genuine experiences with your business. This social proof is much more compelling than text alone.

14.4Customizing the Experience

Editing the Introductory Text
If you need to edit the introductory text on the page, click on Text to open the video testimonial section. This is where you can customize the messaging your customers see.

What You Can Customize
You can customize any text as needed. This includes the headline, instructions, and any other copy that appears on the video testimonial page. Tailor the language to match your brand voice.

Making It Personal
Consider adding encouraging language that makes customers feel valued. Phrases like "We'd love to hear your story" or "Share your experience in your own words" can help customers feel more comfortable recording a video.

Keeping It Simple
While customization is great, keep the instructions clear and simple. The easier you make it for customers to understand what you're asking, the more likely they are to complete a video testimonial.
